Alexandra Arias is a doctoral researcher in Global Leadership, Missiology, and Theology, a women’s ministry leader for the Iberian Peninsula, and a certified yoga instructor.
Education: She is currently pursuing a doctorate at Fuller Theological School, examining the spiritual health of the church, alongside studies in the psychology of stress and resilience at Harvard University. She holds an 800-hour yoga instructor certification.
Family Context: She shares her life with her husband, Jeff Arias, and is the mother of four adult children: Joshua, Paulina, Tana, and Jacob.
Research and Focus: Her professional work bridges biblical teaching, psychological resilience, and holistic spiritual health, specifically supporting women through ministry leadership and the 6 new church planting initiatives.
Mi nombre Alexandra Arias soy nativa de Quito Ecuador ahora vivo en Madrid España con mi esposo Jeff y mi hijo Jacobo. Actualmente estoy en California visitando a mis otros tres hijos, Joshua de 33 años, Paulina de 29 años y Tana de 25 años.
